Dry cleaning is four generations of my family's legacy. But inheriting a legacy and building an industry around it are two different things.
When I looked at the laundry sector in India, I saw an enormous opportunity trapped inside a fragmented, unorganised system. No playbooks. No standards. No scalable models. Just isolated businesses running on intuition.

My journey began at UClean in 2016, where I joined the founding team as Chief Project Officer. Over 5.5 years, I helped introduce and scale India's first organised live laundry retail format — building processes, operations, and unit economics from scratch.
In 2022, I co-founded mr. blue — focused on elevated customer experience and superior backend operational efficiency at scale in India.
Today I'm building Sahyogg — a full-stack commercial laundry consulting and turnkey platform enabling entrepreneurs, institutions, and investors to build profitable laundry businesses across India. Operating across franchise, revenue-share, factory-scale, and institutional models.
